I bought this book for a class, but I am really enjoying it! It's well written and informative and I want to hang on to it after class is over so I can apply it to my own life and work. That said, this book is PRICY...so I was thrilled to be offered a loose-leaf option! It saved me a bunch of money and I just pop the chapters I need into a binder for class!. A word of warning, the pages do get folded and bent more easily when in loose leaf format, so just be careful!

I love the option of placing the chapters my professor assigns for our class in a 3 ring binder, allowing me to carry only what we will discuss and review for exams. The entire book was thick and very heavy and now I have a little more than half of the original to carry to class. The monetary savings is icing on the cake.
