Just as their relationship was progressing well, but with the dialogue feeling stilted at times and story becoming predictable we are thrown for a twist. One I hadn't anticipated, but very much enjoyed. To top it off book 2 ended with a cliffy, but no worries as book 3, Beautiful Surrender is already available.

Underneath the Armani suit we have a bit a bad boy with tattoos and piercings but mostly an honorable man. Seven words to describe Vincent: Relentless, charming, noble, driven, thrill-seeker, reasonable and complex.

Though there are mitigating circumstances to Kristin Daley's sometimes meek, insecure and predictable behavior I still haven't been able to connect with her.
