Drinking and Dating: P.S. Social Media Is Ruining Romance Description
On the heels of her New York Times bestselling book Drinking and Tweeting, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville takes readers on a wild ride through her dating life in this highly-entertaining relationship book.
Drinking and Dating chronicles Glanville’s misadventures stumbling through today’s dating world. From social media blunders to bedroom escapades, Brandi withholds nothing. Each chapter is inspired by a relationship encounter she has had since her sensational divorce from actor Eddie Cibrian. Hilarious, surprising, vulnerable, and outspoken, Glanville’s unexpected take on dating after heartbreak – and life in general - is as unique as she is. Just like Brandi herself, Drinking and Dating is sexy, funny, and eyebrow-raising.

I read the first book and was entertained. It didn't change my life or anything, but it was a nice little beach read. This was terrible. She is over 40 and I just felt embarrassed for her the entire time. It had nothing to do with how she is now out dating - good for her. More of the fact that her writing reassembles that of a hungover 20 year old recounting their previous nights one night stand. I found myself cringing the entire time and could not even get through it. I think she needs to take a step back, take her ex husbands name out of her mouth, and think about her kids. This is not an impressive literary work anyone should ever want in writing for their children to see. This is the account of a plastic, sad, woman with Peter Pan syndrome.

I enjoyed the first book, and this one had some entertaining moments, but on the whole...yuck. I did not need to know about Brandi being fingered, giving blow jobs, having her p***y (her words not mine) eaten, or having sex while on her period leaving the sheets looking like (again her words) a crime scene. The whole time I could not help but cringe at the fact that she has 2 children this will humiliate. Earth to Brandi, when you have kids IT'S NOT ABOUT YOU ANYMORE!!!! Does she just not care about how her whoring around will affect them? Sigh.
